We cannot process your order without a valid email address - Please be sure of your purchase, email us with any questions before ordering.


***Item descriptions:
We give very accurate descriptions of our items. We describe what we would want to know if we were buying the item. Please email and ask us any questions, if you'd like to know anything more specific about an item. W
e stand behind the quality and the descriptions of our items.


***Shipping:
All orders are made as you order, per your specifications.  Depending upon our workload, orders can take anywhere from 3-6 weeks to ship.  If you have any questions or concerns, please contact us prior to ordering for an exact timeframe of order completion. We always email you on the day that your order ships to let you know that it is on it's way, with an estimate of delivery time. Insurance is for your own protection. All items are packed with care. We are not responsible for uninsured items that are lost or damaged in the mail. If needed, we will file any neccessary claims, but we do not pay any compensation.


***Payments:
We prefer payment by money orders or Paypal. PayPal is now set up where you do not have to be registered with them to use the service. There will be a service charge on orders under $20 if you pay using PayPal (the fee applies whether it's by credit card, e-check or cash transfer) International purchases - We will ship anywhere in the world, by Airmail. Air mail delivery usually takes 7 to 10 business days. Orders are payable in US funds by Paypal only. All orders are marked as 'merchandise' on the custom forms. International customers are responsible for any customs fees that may be due. Unclaimed packages that are returned to us will not be reshipped unless you pay for the return postage. The original shipping charges and a 15% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund of the unclaimed order. 


To place an order:

1. If you have any questions about items or shipping, please email us.

2. When you are ready to order, you can click on the 'Add To Cart' buttons that are next to each individual item, and fill in the shopping cart form with your info. Or you can order the old fashioned way by just emailing us. If you email, please include the entire item number, description, price and address, and let us know what form of payment you will use too. (The shopping cart is much easier to use than typing out everything yourself, and it does not process immediate payments)

3.We will get back to you as quickly as possible, usually within a few hours. We will inform you of the item availability & shipping cost, our mailing address and payment info.

4. We will put your order on 'Hold'. The hold period is for 7 days, which means that you will have 7 mailing days for your payment to be received. If there is a delay and you need more time to send your payment, or if you change your mind about the order, please be kind enough to let us know..

5. US shipping/handling charges are stated for each listing. International charges are based on location. International packages must and will be shipped with a carrier such as DHL, UPS or FedEx. No USPS on International pacakges.
